On 9th and 10th July 2024, we welcomed Ofsted into our school, and are delighted to now share that we secured a GOOD rating in every judgement area.
We are incredibly proud that our school is seen as "warm, welcoming and inclusive" and that "all members of the school community are supported to flourish". This emphasis on community is something that we value highly - the report includes a quote from one of our school families "One parent sums up the views of many: 'St. Chad's is a wonderful school, it's ethos and sense of community is incredible".
The hard work of our staff was also recognised in the report, for example for our work on the curriculum and progress in the teaching of early reading since our last inspection. We know there is still more that we can do, and will be reviewing all the feedback we received over the course of the inspection together with feedback from Ofsted's Parent View survey, and what this means for our continued improvement plans to make our school the best it can be for our children.
